Rules for construction and RVs entering the park.
1. All improvements require an Architectural Control Committee Application submitted prior to project start-up date with instruction/plans, size and material included. Projects, per Deed Restrictions/AC Rules, has a 30 day completion time, if an extension is not applied for and approved by the AC Committee before the 30 days, you will have to start over and re-submit your original plan for approval.
2. All RVs entering the park for the first time require inspection by an Architectural Committee member.
The AC Committee encourages all owners to read their Deed Restrictions and ACC Rules for guidelines to follow. If you have questions, please contact any AC Committee member.

The AC Committee encourages each owner to abide by the 15 mph speed limit for all vehicles, golf cart, RTVs and etc. However, as a common courtesy to other owners and to protect our children, we encourage each owner to keep your speed limit UNDER the 15 mph. There has been numerous complaints of vehicles, golf carts and etc. exceeding a speed that doesn’t ensure safety, low dust and protection of the children.
