WhiteOak Shores is a restricted subdivision for property owners only. The Association does not sell or lease property within its boundaries. Anyone buying property in this subdivision should check with WOSOA (number below), to see if there are any outstanding balances on the property. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the association with all the information needed to set the account up in the computer. An information packet will be given to the new owner that will provide rules and restrictions in the park.
WhiteOak Shores has no liability regarding the buying and selling of any lots. All arrangements should be handled by the parties involved. Once sale has been completed it is the buyer and seller's responsibility to notify Pat Simmons, Office Manager.

Purchase of Entrance Gate Remote, Ice Box Key or Leasing a Mailbox.
Purchase of a Remote Control for the Entrance Gate at White Oak Shores. MultiCode by Linear Gate Control: $20.00 each.
Mailboxes are the property of White Oak Shores Owners Association. Members will be leasing the Mailbox from WOS: $45.00 one time fee plus $25.00 refundable deposit on 2 keys. The Mailbox and 2 keys will be returned to WOSOA upon sale of property or in event of members death. The Mailbox cannot be transferred or inherited and is the property of WOSOA. Keys must be returned to Pat Simmons, Office Manager.
Ice Box is located at the Pool Pavilion at White Oak Shores. Purchase of Ice Box Key: $5.00 each.
